Exclusive use of Halswell House means a unique occasion with ultimate privacy, unrivalled flexibility and a stunning, peaceful and tranquil setting within which to conduct your business and relax during your leisure time.
Exclusive use of Halswell House includes all the facilities of the Main House & Grounds. The nearby activity site can also be hired (extra) for teambuilding and other activities and entertainment.
Exclusive-use rates - venue hire only:
Exclusive-use from £1,000 for a one day hire and from £2,000 for a one day / one night hire of House, Grounds and 20 luxury en-suite bedrooms. All Prices exclude VAT and are subject to availability at time of booking. Rates apply Mon - Thurs. Fri, Sat and Sun rates are available on request.
Day Rate (17 hour period - depart by 11.00pm)
£50 plus vat, per person
Minimum charge: £1,000 plus vat.
Day Hire plus overnight in en-suite accommodation & Luxury Continental breakfast.
£200 plus vat per person
Minimum charge: £1,000 plus vat.
Two-day Hire plus 2 nights in en-suite accommodation with Luxury Continental breakfast.
£300 plus vat, per person.
Minimum charge: £3,000 plus vat.
Catering and other supplies and services are in addition to the hire charges above, unless otherwise specified. We have an extensive list of recommended suppliers from which to choose, or feel-free to make your own arrangements. Suppliers include: Caterers, Florists, Theming companies, event management, staging, dance floors, lighting and audio-visual providers . and much, much more.

* These rates apply for bookings for Monday - Thursday and for bookings on Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays if the booking is made within two months of the event date ie. Late availability (applicable year-round), or for bookings November - February (subject to availability).
