- Offer 1: Day Meeting:
- Your second meeting must be provisionally booked at the time of your first meeting (this date can be changed at a later date - subject to availability and the payment of a re-booking fee) and must take place within two years of the first meeting or by 31st December 2010 - whichever is sooner.
- Payment for the second meeting (or first meeting if of greater value than the second) for venue hire / accommodation will be due in full two years from the date of the first meeting whether or not a second meeting has been taken.
- Offer 2: Residential Meeting:
- Payment for venue and accommodation hire (if applicable) for Day 1 will be invoiced at the time of booking but will be due for payment two years from the date of the residential meeting. Payment for food and drink plus any additional services, accommodation, supplies, equipment, teambuilding activities or entertainment is payable at time of booking.
