Exclusive use of Halswell House includes all the facilities of the Main House & Grounds. The nearby activity site can also be hired for additional teambuilding and motorised activities.
RATES: From £1,000 plus vat* for a one day hire and from £2,000 plus vat for a one day / one night hire of House, Grounds and 20 luxury en-suite bedrooms. The 20 bedrooms sleep up to 42 on a shared basis.
Fully-serviced or self-catering ~ the choice is yours!
Whether you wish to self-cater or have your stay fully catered and serviced ~ the choice is yours. Catering and other supplies and services are in addition to the hire charges above, unless otherwise specified.
Self-Catering
The House has a large, fully equipped kitchen with central wooden table. A gas hob, aga, dishwasher and all cooking utensils, pots and pans are provided plus cutlery, glassware and crockey. We will also provide table linens and set the rooms in the House up in whatever format you require. Bedrooms are ready prepared with all bedlinens, towels, toiletries, bathrobes, hairdryers, irons and tea and coffee making facilities.
Fully-Serviced
Housekeeping services (bed-making, house cleaning, dishwashing etc), Maid and or Butler Services, Caterers (including your own personal chef), Florists, Theming companies, event management, staging, dance floors, lighting and audio-visual providers, activity suppliers, entertainment providers and much, much more.

* These rates apply for bookings for Monday - Thursday. Rates apply on Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays if the booking is made within two months of the event date ie.
